WHAT IS HIGHWAY 522?

​Highway 522 is for anyone who is looking to bring health and well-being into their home and life. Each season our team of healthcare professionals will curate products from Canadian businesses and Canadian entrepreneurs that are eco-friendly, natural and FUN! These products will be delivered to your home four times a year. Our hope is that you will look forward to receiving specialty products that have been carefully curated by healthcare professionals specifically for YOU!

IS EVERY BOX THE SAME?

Every season, a new and unique theme will be chosen. This theme will give you a chance to prepare and become excited about what we have learned from the season past and what is ahead.


WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERIES?

The payment will be received in Canadian dollars.

WILL TAXES BE APPLIED TO MY PURCHASE?

Taxes are applicable to Canadian residents and will be applied based on the province your Highway 522 Lifestyle Series is shipped to.  US residents will not be charged Canadian sales tax, however a charge may be applied based on the sales tax in your specific area.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept online payment via PayPal, and are able to process payments made with major credit and debit cards.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & RETURN POLICY?

We honour full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at contact@hwy522.ca and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card. If you don’t absolutely adore our box, unfortunately we do not accept returns due to the pandemic.  Feel free to give it away or as a gift.

​CAN A SEASONAL SUBSCRIPTION BE PURCHASED AS A GIFT?

Absolutely! Simply choose the "Gift A Box" option or CLICK HERE and add to cart. You will be charged for a one-time fee only.

 

IS THE HIGHWAY 522 BOX RECYCLABLE?

Yes. All of the packing materials from the boxes to the corrugated wrap to the tissue paper are eco-friendly.​

WHEN CAN I ORDER?

Please CLICK HERE and you will be added to the waitlist.  We make super SIMPLE for all our subscribers/insiders!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?

You will be notified by email on when your box will be shipped. Due to COVID shipping we need to be flexible on timelines.  Our goal is to ensure you will receive your seasonal box/package in November, March, June and September. 

 

DO YOU SHIP TO THE USA & INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship to the United States and plan to ship internationally soon. Be sure to CLICK HERE to subscribe to be the first to know when we will open this service. Shipping rates in the US will be calculated at checkout.


After the launch of our Fall subscription series in 2020 insiders will only need to sign up once. All our insiders will receive an email with a link to purchase a One-Time Box Purchase or an Annual Subscription.  Please note that if you do not purchase within 24hrs, we keep your link active, However, please remember our boxes and annual subscription sells out quick. Therefore, be sure not to wait because when they are gone, they are GONE! 

 

**Note: If you do not want to commit to a subscription you are more than welcome to purchase our SEASONAL ONE-TIME BOX PURCHASE.  This is a perfect option if you want to trial our Highway 522 Lifestyle box, or if you want to give it as a gift. No subscription is required at this time. We only offer a limited number of ONE-TIME BOX purchase each season. Therefore, it is a first come first serve approach for all subscribers. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
We will be happy to send you a replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at contact@hwy522.ca with photo evidence of damages within 3 days of receipt of the box. Please ensure you send us the following photos:

1. The outside condition of the box upon delivery

2. The damaged item(s) showing evident damage/leakage

3. A picture of the inside of the box you received.

4. We will ship you any replacements for damaged items after receiving these photos!

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY?

Please contact us at contact@hwy522.ca to inform us of your allergy before purchasing our Annual Subscription, or one-time box purchase. 

**DISCLAIMER: While Highway 522 strives to curate products that are suitable for our vast demographic of our subscribers and purchasers, we truly understand that there may be certain items included that are not suitable for everyone. Please read the ingredients on each package included.
